The Service Provider offers online Ukrainian language learning services, including:
individual online lessons (1:1);
live group online courses conducted via video conferencing (Zoom);
offline group courses
supplementary learning materials provided in digital format (PDFs, links, online documents).
Services are provided online and offline.
2. Service Delivery Format
Lessons are conducted on the dates and times agreed with the student or specified on the course page.
Access to learning materials is provided electronically after payment is completed.
3. Payments
Payments for services are made online via payment providers available on the website (WayForPay).
Payment confirms the booking of an individual lesson or enrollment in a group course.
4. Responsibility
The Service Provider is not responsible for technical issues on the student’s side (internet connection, equipment, software, etc.).
The Service Provider reserves the right to make changes to the schedule, informing students in advance.
