Singing was a very common way to communicate in Carpathians.

Now we consume songs more than compose them. We communicate through them much less.

Yesterday I had a training for a wonderful group of students in Lviv about writing the audiodesciptions for the films.

That is the practice I am also integrating into teaching the Ukrainian language.
