Refund Policy

Payments for online services provided through www.soft-sign-ukrainian.com are subject to the following refund conditions.

1. Individual Lessons (1:1)

• Lesson cancellation or rescheduling is possible no later than 24 hours before the scheduled start time.

• In case of late cancellation or no-show, the payment is non-refundable.

2. Group Live Courses

• Refunds are available before the course start date, up to 3 days prior to the start.

• After the course has started, refunds are not available, as the service is considered to have begun.

3. Additional Conditions

In case of force majeure or exceptional circumstances, refund requests may be reviewed individually.
